Haygrove Trampoline Squad Shines at BSGA National Finals

Nine members of the Haygrove Trampoline Squad showcased their skills at the BSGA National Finals held on Saturday at the Derby Velodrome. Competing against the best trampolinists from each region in Great Britain, our squad delivered impressive performances.

The Year 7-9 Girls Elite team, consisting of Maddie, Sophie, Mia and Izzy, secured a Silver medal position. Their achievement is particularly commendable given the fierce competition they faced.

In the Year 11-14 Girls Novice category, Maya, Evie, Jess and Connie earned a Bronze medal, in what is one of the most competitive groups.

Emily, competing individually in the Year 11-14 Elite Girls, encountered a setback with her compulsory routine, however, she bounced back with one of the best voluntary routines in her group. Despite her strong performance, unfortunately her total score did not place her in the top three.

A huge thank you goes out to those who dedicated their weekend to support the squad. Den for coaching, Tim for driving the minibus, Ali for organizing the girls, ex-pupil Ellie and Maya for serving as competition marshals throughout the day.
