CAHMS session for families

CAMHS are really pleased to announce a new FLASH (Families learning about self-harm) programme for 2025. This is a 5-week pilot programme for parents and carers of 11-17 year olds who want to have better understanding of self-harm and how to support their young person.

Parents and carers must be able to commit to all 5 sessions and can self-refer/express an interest by calling CAMHS SPA on 0300 124 5012.

Please note that spaces are limited, as this is a face-to-face programme for parents/carers only, we cannot accommodate young people. Due to the limited availability places need to be booked. There is more information contained in the flyer below
